A Lesson Plan

Teachers and instructors usually have a lesson plan which dictates the structure of the teaching. A group of lessons may be linked together in a unit plan, scheme, or work. The detail of the plan may vary with some being a simple list of what is going to be taught in a lesson with others working including much more detail, such as a time plan and the learning aims and objectives. Student teachers and beginning teachers are usually advised to put a great amount of detail into the written plan.

As what I have learned during Sarah Jean Boncales reported about what lesson plan is, lesson plan contains an Title of the lesson, time duration ,Objective, Procedure, Evaluation, Values, Assignment.

A lesson plan is a teacher's detailed description of the course of instruction for one class. A daily lesson plan is developed by a teacher to guide class instruction. Details will vary depending on the preference of the teacher, subject being covered, and the need and/or curiosity of children.

"Motivation"

" A successful person is one who can lay a firm foundation with the bricks that others throw at him or her."

As what I have read this sayings I recall the topic that we have been discussed in our Edp9 subject. That was all about Motivation in which reported by Ms. Daraug. I remember her some example that a person who succeed on the fields he/she belongs can lead others motivated.

The factors that motivate an individual keep changing as one climbs the ladder of age and maturity. And also, achievement of one goal sets the ball rolling for another one to be achieved. Thus, to be motivated is a constant need. There are times when one faces a period of de-motivation and everything seems bleak. It is then that they need to find what would motivate them back into action.

Class Experience

My first day of school was so excited yet I felt nervous.  Excited in a way that I've seen again the faces of my old classmates, nervous because I've met my teacher on the said subject I took . In my Edp10 subject experienced was so en joy and yet give a challenge to us because she gives some technique on  how we teach our students in the future. She give us a lot of example in which we can used or connect it in our life.

Experience is the best teacher

Mostly learning is through experience. We give meaning to each event in our lives according to our current needs and belief system. Our experiences are the sum total of our memory of the event and the meaning that we attach to it. What we learn from each experience determined by our belief system and needs at the time of the event as much as by the event itself. This helps in explaining why two different people can participate in the same event and have completely different experienced.
